This project arises from the need to reorganize and expand the workspace of a growing company, whose dynamics demanded a more efficient, functional spatial response adapted to new forms of collaborative work.

The intervention involved merging two independent offices, which were unified with the goal of increasing the available usable area and consequently the number of workstations.
The proposal aimed to enhance natural light and the urban landscape, integrating them into the daily experience of the space.
The central area was designed as a continuous, shared workspace, allowing for a flexible arrangement of workstations.
One of the key elements of this area is a continuous counter installed along the window, which simultaneously functions as a workspace, dining area, and rest spot. This solution maximizes the use of natural light and offers employees a versatile space with a strong connection to the outside.

The program also includes a closed office and a formal meeting room. The pantry, although modest in size, plays an essential support role by providing a more informal environment for breaks and socializing among colleagues.

The chosen materials are sober and welcoming, emphasizing wood and neutral tones, creating an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility.
