The project consisted of the renovation of an apartment located in Espinho, benefiting from a privileged location with sea views.

The intervention aimed to address the client’s needs by enhancing comfort and modernity in the use of the spaces, without altering the layout of the private area. The existing three bedrooms and two bathrooms were retained, with the intervention focused primarily on the social areas of the residence.

A careful selection of materials, combined with the reorganization of finishes and lighting elements, imparted a more balanced and functional atmosphere to the spaces.

Sliding panels were incorporated to allow multiple spatial configurations, as well as the concealment of cabinets and storage areas, thereby increasing the versatility and organization of the apartment.
