The project consisted of the rehabilitation of a small apartment located in the city center. The client’s request aimed at creating a more comfortable and functional space, adapted to their current needs.

 

The existing two bedrooms and bathroom were retained, while the remaining partitions were demolished to implement an "open space" concept. This intervention significantly expanded the apartment’s social area.

The selection of materials in light tones contributed to the creation of a more welcoming and luminous environment, surpassing the conditions of the pre-existing space.
