The project was developed with the aim of preserving the original structure, adapting it to the contemporary needs of the owner. Due to its advanced state of deterioration, part of the building was demolished and replaced with a new extension.

The spatial layout was designed to keep the private areas within the existing structure, while the social spaces were incorporated into the new construction, which opens directly onto the garden, fostering a strong connection between interior and exterior.
