The project consists of the rehabilitation of a two-story single-family house, with the objective of converting the building into two independent residential units, distributed across separate floors.

The intervention focused on the expansion and refurbishment of the ground floor, aiming to provide a dwelling suited to the demands of contemporary living.

The existing structure underwent a thorough reorganization of its interior layout, as well as a redesign of the façades, allowing for a clearer alignment with the new functional program.

The proposal also sought to enhance the relationship with the exterior through the creation of a small garden and the requalification of the surrounding outdoor area - elements previously overlooked. This renewed dialogue between interior and exterior contributes significantly to the quality of the living spaces, ensuring improved natural lighting, ventilation, and overall comfort.
