The client asked us to renovate all its six stores spanned across the country. Being Children Clothes it presented with unique opportunities and distinct challenges which we tackled with enthusiasm. This job had a very specific need, as we were working on commerce, the interventions could not last more than three weeks each. While the timespan was audacious we took extremely careful planning to guarantee that the team that would be doing the job had extensive parallelism to be able to suppress any surprises. There was not a single minute over the allotted time. This job covered multiple specialities.
