The proposal is set on a plot located in the Quinta do Forbes residential development. The project involves the design of a single-family dwelling that prioritizes the privacy of its occupants.

Based on this principle, the house is positioned with gates, walls, and solid facades facing the surrounding streets, ensuring visual privacy. Within the interior of the plot, the openings function as frames that capture the garden from different perspectives, enhancing the relationship between interior and exterior.

The dwelling is organized over two levels according to function and use. The ground floor accommodates social and service spaces, while the upper floor is dedicated to private areas, comprising three bedrooms and an office.
