The project consists of the reinterpretation of a collective housing building, seeking to establish continuity with the existing urban frontage while introducing a contemporary and rational language.

The proposal is organized around a linear volume that consolidates the alignment of the built ensemble, ensuring its integration within the urban fabric. At ground floor level, the building is set back in order to continue the gallery present in the surrounding buildings, reinforcing the unity of the ensemble and the continuity of the pedestrian path. This gesture enhances the relationship with the public space, promoting greater permeability and a more qualified street-level experience.

The façade is developed according to a regular metric that structures the elevation and gives unity to the whole. This modular matrix allows for a clear reading of the building, while integrating balconies and openings in a rhythmic manner, fostering the relationship between interior and exterior. The balconies emerge as fundamental elements of spatial appropriation, introducing depth and a domestic character to the ensemble.

The internal organization prioritizes functionality and natural lighting, with residential spaces oriented to maximize solar exposure and ventilation.

At a material level, a sober and coherent language is adopted, where the texture and modulation of the façade play a decisive role in the architectural expression. The choice of light tones reinforces integration within the context and contributes to a timeless image.

The project thus proposes a balanced solution between urban integration, constructive clarity, and spatial quality, enhancing the relationship between housing, outdoor space, and the city.
