AA Building

Inserted in a block composed mainly of social housing, one of the main objectives of the project was the construction of low-cost housing. Consists into multiple duplex houses, with reduced areas. It was created a module that includes the living room and kitchen, depending on the typology, the rooms were added above or below this module. The facade is materialized by 2 different textures, one of them in brown brick, and the other white plaster. Together, they form a compact volume that follows the street profile.
